Trish Cook (Anishinaabe) has curated a one woman show highlighting the nuances of grief with a well-balanced side of Indigenous humor. Death, Greif, and Dying premiered at the Guthrie Theater in Minneapolis to a sold out audience. This is a deeply personal performance that is constantly evolving. (Trish is super fun at parties) The light in the dark is her focus on laughter as medicine, especially in the hardest times.

Disappointment all around; Bad at cleaning, repping, and failed at teaching basic street skills.
I'm local.

Thank you, from all of us at the Guthrie, for sharing your delightful show with us last night. Your partnership in this has been a gift, and we're grateful.
We hope this isn't the end, and that you'll consider coming back again one of these days. Last night the building had more light and warmth with you in it!
With great admiration,
Amanda and Blossom

Trish! We love working with you and really appreciate your support of The Parkway.
